SHIPPING ALERT
Please expect a 2 to 3-day delay in receiving your purchase. In addition, we’re pausing expedited delivery, as we adjust our distribution facility hours to protect our employees.
Enjoy complimentary Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders. For International Orders, duties are also complimentary.
Domestic Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders. In-stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. After the initial shipment, packages could take between 3-10 business days to arrive at your specified delivery address. All backordered items will ship via UPS ground, at no additional cost, once they are available.
Lafayette 148 New York does not offer Saturday delivery, and does not include Saturdays in expedited shipping times. In-stock items will ship the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 noon EST Monday – Friday.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders for PO and APO boxes.
- Signatures are required on all shipments valued at $3,000 or more.
Expedited orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will ship via UPS on the next business day, given item availability. If an item is not currently in stock, we will indicate an expected ship date. These items will ship when available via our free UPS ground delivery option. Your stylist will contact you if there is any delay with your order.
If you choose two-day or next-day shipping, the following charges will apply:

For orders valuing $3,000 and above, Lafayette 148 New York requires a signature at the time of delivery.
If you are not home when the courier arrives for delivery, then UPS will leave a missed delivery notice with their contact details and additional delivery information. UPS will make up to three attempts to obtain a signature at the time of delivery.
Any questions can be answered by your stylist. Please note: Lafayette 148 New York accepts no liability for lost or stolen merchandise once it leaves the shipper.
Items sold by lafayette148ny.com and shipped to destinations in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming are subject to state sales tax. Accessories and fur are subject to sales tax in New Jersey, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.
Lafayette 148 New York will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the package receipt. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All items must be unworn with original tags attached and packed with the return slip. Multi-piece items must be returned in original condition with all pieces included.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

- Select item(s) you wish to return, quantity and return reason
- Print and attach the return shipping label, removing or covering old labels
- Please include the packing slip inside the box and ship your return within 14 days of delivery

Though we process your refund immediately, please allow up to 2 weeks for it to appear on your account. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Lafayette 148 New York does not accept returns on worn footwear. When trying on footwear, stand on a carpeted floor to protect the soles of the shoe. All shoes must be unworn with original tags attached, including the dust bag and original box with the return slip (on the reverse).

Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued. Please contact your stylist for assistance.
We do not have a direct exchange program. For a different size, color, or item, follow the return procedure, and then place a new order through our website or by calling your stylist.
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise ordered within ten days of a price reduction. Items purchased on sale are eligible for a one-time price adjustment in the form of store credit if marked down to final sale within ten days of purchase. Please contact your stylist for assistance.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
